Established
in 1913, our practice is one of the oldest continually operating
groups of colon and rectal surgeons in the country. The
physicians and staff of Colon & Rectal Specialists,
Ltd. are committed to providing to all patients the special
care and education that is needed for the treatment of colon
and rectal problems.
In medical school, each of our physicians excelled in the
academic environment and were awarded the opportunity for
advanced training in general surgery and specialized training
in the diagnosis and treatment of colon and rectal problems.
Each of our physicians is continually recognized for their
role as leaders in the Richmond health care community. The
physicians serve in leadership positions at hospitals and
health care systems throughout Richmond. They are also active
in many different professional organizations such as The
Medical Society of Virginia, Richmond Academy of 
Medicine,
The American Society of Colon and Rectal Surgeons.
