CRS Response To Covid-19

An Update from Colon and Rectal Specialists

Your health and those of all of our patients are our top priority. As your caregivers, we want to ensure that we are able to meet your needs during the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.

Both the office and endoscopy centers at CRS remain open. The endoscopy centers are not an inpatient hospital and therefore we only perform scheduled surgeries and procedures.

Unlike hospitals, we do not treat patients who are sick.

Therefore, we can continue to provide safe surgical and endoscopy care for patients unlike the healthcare systems which at this time are unable to operate under normal conditions.

However, we want to keep you and our employees safe. To that end, you will be asked to reschedule appointments under certain circumstances so that we are able to meet ongoing and future healthcare needs.

To minimize risk of COVID-19 transmission, we are asking any patients with a cough, shortness of breath or fever to please reschedule their appointments. We are committed to providing the best care to you and will continue to give you the best guidance we can.

If you are having anorectal emergencies please feel free to call our office before reporting to an emergency room.
