Don’t miss Dr. Vorenberg tonight on CBS channel 6 as he talks about the Bringing Up The Rear Day event.

The event, scheduled for Saturday August 16th, will provide colonoscopy screenings to 30 people who otherwise would not be able to afford the procedure.  The event is spearheaded by Access Now, a specialty care referral program for the uninsured and much of the funding for the event was raised through the annual Boxer Brief Battle 5K run.

The 30 free colonoscopies will help more than half the people on Access Now’s waiting list. Additional Bringing Up The Rear Days are being planned to continue to provide the screening procedure to others.
